I am an all-around art 'finder'. My favorite things in this entire world include but are not limited to:

Good Music, Black Sabbath, Tool, Slayer, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Led Zeppelin, The Cure, Joy Division, Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, The Doors Jimi Hendrix, Leadbelly and that's just off the top of my head. Broad yet selective is pretty much my taste. And I only like something if I deem it 'Ass-kicking'.

I hate television, and I dislike video games; although I do play them several times a year. I hate dishonesty, and especially dishonesty to yourself; that's why I try an d keep the dark side always visible. And I especially hate American NeoConservatives, and I absolutely detest those who are conniving for their agenda and not even considering themselves one. I am a political writer and you can read me in my journal, which is my main artistic outlet. I also write Poetry and I take photographs that I sometimes manipulate.

I consider myself to be an Anarcho-Liberal, and if you're curious about that just read me and you'll understand my position. I am an Atheist, not for what I believe, but for what I DON'T believe. So if you're not deep, if you don't have a philosophical fiber in your body, you can forward and find frivolous entertainment elsewhere, and you wont even have to leave the safe bosom of SheezyArt...

Turn on, tune in and drop out. (Just talking bout my Generat posted Mar 8th 2005, 5:06AM

The Sixties, who hasn't heard of this era? Liberals love it, Conservatives hate it; and most younger people have forgotten. We know of it from our parents of course, yet they have changed for the worst. And just one decade out Ronald fucking Reagan was in, and the burying began; the awakening quashed. Yet I know better, for I have always been infatuated with the Sixties and to a certain extent the Seventies as well. Some people just reduce the entire conflagration into nothing more than an 'anti-war movement', which it was to a great extent. Yet it seems to me that it was also a great reckoning, sort of an attempt to redefine our priorities as a society. What is the goal and the purpose of existence? It can't be what it has always been, for we are not as we have always been. The old ways aren't enough, so the only LOGICAL choice is to turn on, tune in and drop out; to quote Timothy Leary. Is anyone doing that now? Since the 60's there is this sub-culture of counter-culture that is all but useless. The watering down of Rock and Roll, and the banality of the movie scene are all symptoms of this deterioration. And the generation that spawned it has turned against it, put a price tag on it. Baby Boomers age just like anyone else, yet the aging of this generation has be more deleterious than any other age group's aging. When the G.I. generation started getting older it didn't have the devastating effect that the watering down of the Sixties' generation is doing.

Now I'm not talking about them getting arthritis and taking up gardening, no, I'm talking about how old they're getting in their minds. About just how jaded and conservative they have become; how they have sold their children and grand-children out. Just when we needed them to re-awaken in their second life to help Generation Y come to their senses and not make the same mistakes that they made; to help us take what is ours! But what the fuck do we get? We get a cultural wasteland and unbearable debt for the rest of our lives. Oh yea, not to mention the young Republicans! The retard mother fuckers who are actually more conservative than their Baby Boomer and Generation X parents. Can I even come to grips with how much I hate those people? Conservatives have to be OLD crackers, that's the only acceptable condition for it. A conservative is like an intellectual rock, it just sits there. The conservative movement is nothing less than pure terror. They are afraid of the future, afraid of change and evolution; so they close their eyes and curl up into quivering little balls of pure inhibition and fear, and viciously attack anything that ever tries to open them. So obviously Osama Bin Laden's terrorism is working; cause as conservative as we're getting we're pretty fucking terrified. Death, death must come to them and it's welcome to any generation that becomes saturated and decomposed by them; otherwise how could we ever hope for change? Most conservatives never change until the moment of their death, and their death cannot possible come soon enough.

So the hope lies in Generation Y. The generation of the internet, and indeed that's where the hope lies. Republicans are scrambling to try and regulate the internet, for it is the only place that they haven't completely taken over yet. Things don't look too good but if the free-minded people of the world can unite and preserve the anarchistic spirit of the internet we'll have something the hippies never had; organization. An interconnectedness that would crush them like the borg; that is if they can't crush us. The Great Beast that is the citizens of the world are kept in line by an electric collar where there was once a harsh choke chain. You can go anywhere you want, and do anything you want until you break their invisible boundary and receive that nasty shock. And those who remain inside the safe zone can pretend that they have freedom, "Look, there's no choke chain here! I'm free!", so you are free only if you are restricted, understand? So is the state of affairs in America, the land of the "Free" and the home of the "Brave", to whom it has ever occurred that freedom and bravery are the same thing. No G.I. Joe fighting over in some shithole is going free you, only you are. And this is where the internet comes in, no shock, at least not yet. You can do and say whatever you please on the internet, and the only real control they have over you is fear tactics. Every once and awhile we've all heard of the person thrown into the giant Government ass-pounder prison system because of something that they've said on the internet. Most of the time it's for some petty threat to the president's life that was said in jest and then spun into a national threat; but now almost every other person could be said to have threatened the president in some way. That's inevitable with someone who is as hated as this current president is. Right now the only thing that keeps people in line is the Telescreen effect, you know that they're probably not watching you but they could, and that's what keeps you in line. That and the fear of being ostracized from your 'group'. So again fear dictates the course of action even in the free-minded people of the world. Fear must be obliterated, for fear is the mind-killer.

My big hope for Generation Y lies in the genetic mutations within Generation Y. Oh yea we're mutants; we've got more left-handers, right-brainers, Autistics and other brain 'disorders' than any of the previous generations. I am myself one of the 'mutants'. Not that I'm forming any sort of aristocratic mutant fantasy, but it's a fact that these people are fundamentally different. To our society they are pathological and 'sick', yet is a sick society that is judging them. Right-brained people and introverted people have greater needs than the more animalistic left-brained extroverts. Unfortunately this is causing problems for us. Generation Y is hacking itself to pieces. Teen suicide, cutting and depression are all on the rise and the parent's just shake theirs heads "Why? Why?" When all that is needed to understand school massacres is to spend ONE fucking day in the public school system. Especially if you're one of these right-brained introverted people, when the rules just don't apply to you. Some modern astrologers have attributed mystical qualities to this generation, envisaging god-like 'Star Children' holding the keys to forever in their pudgy hands. And as much as I despise Hocus Pocus bullshit, that's a far better mythology than the one we currently have; the market of the future. Type in "Generation Y" into any search engine you'll find thousands of articles for marketers advising them how to sell fucking products to us. How difficult we are to market to! How much money are we going to be worth in the worthless fucking future? How much money are we going to make? What kind of consumers are we going to be? Where do we retire and how much is it going to cost when we die? What wars are we going to be good for? Are we malleable enough to be made into good consumers? Or how about my question: Are we going be happy with just being worthless fucking consumers? Consumers don't dream, they only consume far in excess of what they need to survive. But maybe it's all gone to our heads, and it's too late. People are never changed by anything outside of them, and when it seems like they are they are only restricted to exactly what they are wanted to be; usually by fear. You don't have to listen to what the news are telling you, or what your parents are telling you. There's no future for consumers, they are a race of sheep destined to destroy our world. One of the most terrifying things in the world is to realized that you are free, and that what you do in this world is not by obligation but by choice alone. Generation Y, you're free, free to shock the world...

I couldn't help noticing your work where you put American flags into a swastika. If you feel the American system is so unethical, here's my question to you: is it right for you to be paying taxes into that system? That's a pretty major question to be considering.
